Tårnbjerg is a strange little hill, that rises abrupt from the surroundings. It gives a nice view over Korsør Nor, a small water connected to Storebælt. There are some small fragments of farther views, and coincidentally the islands of Sprogø, Romsø and Musholm can be seen, albeit appearing very small. I think it was too fragmented to pack it in a telepano, since they both can be seen in other panos.

The pano is from the period of very short days; at the time the sun was 3° under the horizon, from a sunset at 15:58.

It has an ancient history with a small castle on top, and a village at the shore, which makes sense for the location of the otherwise apparently deserted church. The castle dates back to the 12. century, and was torn down in the 14. century, as nearby Korsør became increasingly important.

Pano made from 24 pics (RAW), Canon 6D, 50mm, iso-500, f/4,5, 1/160 sec, developed in DPP (daylight, neutral, periphal illumination, moderate sharpness), stitched in PTGui pro, contrast, downscaling and sharpening in Irfanview.

Beautiful light and another fascinating view form a country that is very exotic to me, because places with 24m height are known as remarkable hills ;-) Cheers, Martin

The first part with the white church in the last red light for me is the great highlight of the pano.
