Møns Klint and the nearby landscape has a few great viewpoints; however various angles are obscured by trees, so there aren't ONE defining, all-beating viewpoint. If one has a day off, all the different places can easily be visited in one day. The autumn of 2013 had a particular long period of clear weather, and on one of the days in the week 42 I went for a Møn visit with my family; one of my few daylong excursions with only panos on the agenda. A good handfull of panos will follow in the next weeks from around here.

This view was my last from the Møns Klint area on this particular day. It was shot from the trail on the edge of the cliff. This trail is significant in the way, that I think this is the only place from where one can see Sweden and Germany at the same time. Other viewpoints has either country obscured by trees. Packing both countries in a pano isn't that easy, since there is only air and sea for a long stretch between the two, and I didn't make any attemtps on this day. However I made tele panos of both "The swedish view" and "The german view". Here the german. To the left we look at Rügen, with the nearer and lower part of Kap Arkona in the front, and the farther and higher part of Jasmund behind it. Jasmund is in +80 km distance, so that was quite good. To the right, the Dornbusch part of Hiddensee can be seen.

I am curious about how long this riddle will last...To my big annoyance, part of the pano actually already has been the subject of a riddle from one of our colleagues, so there is a risk his old riddle is remembered...Hmm, should I say more? What are we looking at, and most importantly, from where am I looking?
