trotz Wintertristesse ein schön anzusehendes Panorama.
Bei dir konnte ich keinen Tippfehler entdecken ;-)

Hello Jörg. The colours are different from the first one - is it earlier here? Anyway, the Rhein is more in front here, but behind the castle. Are you happy with that, or was this the only place to get a view? LG Jan.

Jan, it is about 3 hours earlier than the other one.
Behind the castle there isn't any public place to have a view. The terrasse is only useable for the guests of the youth hostal. But I like it more with the castle in front, don't you?

Hello Jörg. I certainly like it in front. I just meant, if you would have liked to have the castle more to the left, so you had an unbroken view to the Rhein. But it is really well composed I think. But you know, sometimes you can walk about and find the right place, other times you are forced to be in one place alone. LG Jan.

Hello Jan, you can be sure that I always walk around and try to find out the best place for the panorama. Often the first view is not the best one. But here it has been the only possibility and I think a very good one. I here stand on a very big tower which belongs to the castle and this is much higher than all other ground around. I really like this composition, espacially that the castle is not placed in the middle but also that it is not placed completely in front of the mountain behind because it has the same colour.

Sehr schönes Licht und von Tristess kann überhaupt keine Rede sein. Unter einem solchen Himmel gefallen mir Brauntöne ebenso wie das obligatorsche Weiß, das man im Winter erwartet. Ich möchte den Bildaufbau loben. Links die Burg und rechts der Verlauf des Rheins sind gelungene Blickfänge. Da muss ich auch einmal hin. Da die Wintertage kurz sind, bin ich neulich viel zu eilig und achtlos an diesem schönen Aussichtspunkt vorbeigeradelt.

Erzeugt direkt Herzklopfen!
