Just to propose a little comparison with the much more beautiful photo by Alberto from Osorscica (see # 34224). As I already told to Alberto, my shot is completely off-center and unfortunately lacks a view of the Osorscica, having been taken from outside the bar terrace Providenca (is out of question to pay ten euros only to take a few photos). This is precisely why I hadn't included this pano until now.

Io sono rimasto colpito dai risultati ottenuti da Udeuschle per l'Osorcica: teoricamente da quella si vedono, con soli 588 metri di quota, sia il Portule che la Maiella! Un accostamento davvero insolito. E non escluderei che in un giorno di bora sia anche realizzabile.
Nei prossimi giorni uscirò con un'alternativa ad Umpiljak inattesa e a costo zero: se per certi versi non può competere con quello, per certi altri addirittura lo supera.
