Fjallsárlón is a smaller glacial lake than Jökulsárlón, but the gletcher tongue here is so much in your face! Here, the mood is quite different from Peters.

Pano made from 19 pics (RAW), 70-200mm@70mm, iso-100, f/8, 1/640 sec, developed in DPP (daylight, neutral, moderate sharpness), stitched in PTGui pro, scaling and sharpening in Irfanview.

Very interesting, Jan! In your version the lake looks smaller and the tongue much closer. I like it much! Cheers Peter

The parking lot at the end brings the viewer back to the present.

Very nice.

The combination of a dark clowd at the beginning followed by the glacier and an azure blue sky at the end makes together a great pleasure for the viewer.

What a dramatic and archaic landscape. For me it is very positive that you didn't exclude the 21st century reality with the parking lot at the right. Cheers, Martin
