From the parking lot of Sornfell, one simply starts climbing up the uppermost ridge, that will lead to the summit. Unfortunately, I didn´t get that far, before the fog started building. Therefore, this is as high as I went, appr. 700 meters high.
The view is blurred a bit by slight haze, and haze further blinds the viewer, but I still "risk" presenting it. The massif of Slættaratindur is easily reckognizable as the highest on The Faroes. And the southern islands are unfortunately obscured by fog.
Pano made from 29 pics (RAW), 70-200mm@70mm, iso-160, f/9, 1/320, developed in DPP (cloudy, neutral, moderate sharpness), stitched in PTGui pro, scale and sharpening in Irfanview.
