SOLVED RIDDLE.
The title is ironic, but the advertising of the time called it just like "Paese dei Balocchi" or "Città dei Balocchi". In English it could be translated as "Land of Toys" or "Land of entertainment", but the translation does not correctly make the meaning into Italian. Consonno was a small agricultural town on the Brianza hills. Until in 1962 a famous industrialist of the time arrived, Count Mario Bagno. Count Bagno bought the whole village for a modest sum, razed it to the ground to build what should have become a kind of Italian Las Vegas. This worked for a few years, but then, the buildings built without any rationality and without respect for the geological conditions of the area, caused numerous landslides that prevented access. In short, the project failed (I would say fortunately) and this is what remains of Italian Las Vegas. https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Consonno https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CVJsTwlSHso
