An impression from a boat trip around M°n 2 years ago. The showpiece was M°ns Klint in all its splendour (shown in #19517), but this one may also be of interest. M°n Fyr Lighthouse can be seen prominent, and also the gently rise and abrubt fall of the landscape can be seen.

Pano made from 10 pics (RAW), 50 mm, iso-200, f/8, 1/400 sec, developed in DPP (daylight, neutral, ALO off, moderate sharpness), stitched in PTGui pro, contrast, downscaling and sharpening in Irfanview.

This is an interesting view indeed. Seems I found the mast close to the Store Stejlebjerg on my Pano taken from Hiddensee (21634), but not sure.

Depending on the boat, I imagine that it is very shaky. Certainly not easy.

For me this is an absolutely perfect portrait of the island. For me this shows what Mon stands for.

@Steffen, yes, I also see the mast, and you are right. It is "secret", in that there is no information about it, but most likely a radar for naval surveillance.

@Werner: Yes, for every 1 series I got, 2 were too shaken to use.

@Christoph: Thank you!

Great scrolling experience with the climax at the end. Cheers, Martin
