A teleshot towards central Sjælland with some prominence; it is overall quite similar to the nearby panos #12474 and #22092. The autumn colours and light was a bonus...

Pano made from 28 pics (RAW), Canon 550D, 300 mm, iso-100, 1/800 sec, f/7,1, developed in DPP (daylight, neutral, ALO off, moderate sharpness), stitched in PTGui pro, contrast in GIMP, downscaling and sharpening in Irfanview.

Hehe, the same mill again. Jan, do know why all old windmills turn counterclockwise?

No...?

Old windmills have a wooden axis. The trunks of most European trees show a left rotation. It was found that turning counterclockwise prevented the wooden axis from splitting.

Nice detailed version and interesting information from Mentor.

When scrolling beautiful long panoramas, this results in our view always turning clockwise :-)
