I think the terrace of Tate Modern could be the best vantage point of London. Unfortunately it is impossible to avoid the chimney of the former Bankside Power Station.

@Arno: I went to the museum three times (as you know, is free) before finding the right light...
For the labels, in this case, it was relatively easy, because on the terrace there is a booklet with updated names.
