Not tyrrhenian sea but looking SW now irritates me, maybe not even Italy ?

I did not get deep into it but from a first view I would suggest to search in the Italian / Slowenian border region. I think at the right we look over the laguna around Grado.

Yes, we are exactly on the border between Italy and Slovenia.
