I have been here only once, entering the port with a ferry from a large Mediterranean island. The shape of the port is very characteristic, so I think I immediately recognised the place. According to Google Maps, your point of view is n the "Park of M... B....". Cheers, Martin

Do not worry, you are all right ;-).
I know, there were already many panos of Nice, but strangely all taken from the same place (the Castle of Nice). I just wanted to show that there are other scenic spots in Nice ;-)

Hallo Hans-Jörg. I think the night panos of large cities are the panos most difficult of all. Also for security problems ;-)

As I saw it in its time as a riddle, I wanted to write 'Heureka', because I had the hope, it could be Siracusa. Google Earth told: wrong... Later I found the right place by accident, when I tried Liguria? Genova? Savona? and so on - but I was too late.
