Made during a stroll with friends and family. Nothing special, but again it's the combination of snow and sea that motivated me. You might think there are endless opportunities for panos across the fjord, but really there isn't; always a tree or a building in the way, or no trespassing.

The south face of the Røsnæs peninsula is famous among danish entomologists and botanists. With only 500 mm rain/year on the sunexposed slopes, a steppe-like relictfauna has kept a foothold here. Interesting species are: Common Rock-rose Helianthemum nummularium, Bloody cranesbill Geranium sanguineum, Field Cow-wheat Melampyrum arvense, Small Pasque Flower Pulsatilla pratensis, Spiked Speedwell Veronica spicata, Oberthür's Grizzled Skipper Pyrgus armoricanus and Purseweb Spider Atypus affinis.

Pano made from 15 pics (RAW), developed in DPP (cloudy, neutral, moderate sharpness), stitched with PTgui pro, 50 mm, iso-100, f/9, 1/250 sec.

Myself always being drawn to areas that are as three-dimensional as possible, I am surprised to see how impressive your panos from this rather flat part of the world are. Cheers, Martin

It's the sea which fascinates me most in this pano. It looks like a rather rough carpet. KR Wilfried

I think it is very difficult to find good motifs without any mountains or towers. But you find them. This is very well chosen!

Well done. The shaded foreground, the sea and the coast illuminated in the background. And above a beautiful cloudy sky.

I am very glad you like it despite of it's non-spectacular nature. LG Jan.

Again with great sharpness, so much detail can be seen admiring.
The sea looks exactly like in my panorama # 11200, although that was created in the autumn. Here, I see several places where the Stitcher has not so well blended. Jan, if you now have PTGui Pro, then you could improve these transitions by masking. I know that this is not so easy.

Well done.
