I am in Arezzo, on the ramparts of its Medici Fortress. There are many panoramic views of Tuscany, but none, until now, of this particular area.
In terms of population, Arezzo is the fourth-largest city in Tuscany. While it is certainly less well-known to tourists than Florence, Siena, or Pisa, it is a beautiful city.
In this panoramic view, we do not see the historic center of Arezzo, but rather its outskirts.

Warum sehe ich verschiedene kleine Brände (Rauchwolken) auftauchen?

Nothing special. It’s spring, and people are burning pruning debris. They likely started burning it before it began to rain—and the rain intensifies the smoke.

Ein toller Frühling, aber leider kann ich nicht sagen wo er ist.

Don't worry; even the members who are experts on Tuscany didn't get this one right.
