It is said that the best view of the Acropolis of Athens is from the Philopappos Monument on the Mouseion Hill.
The Acropolis of Athens is an ancient citadel located on a high rocky outcrop above the city of Athens and containing the remains of several ancient buildings of great architectural and historic significance, the most famous being the Parthenon.
It is located on a flat-topped rock that rises 150 m above sea level, with a surface area of about 3 hectares.
The restoration of the Acropolis began in 1975 and is still going on, as you can see from some scaffolding.

I think that from Lycabettus hill (which you can see in this pano) you have a better view of the whole city of Athens, but from Mouseion hill there is a better view of the Acropolis. But I admit that this opinion is subjective.
Must be considered that the Acropolis is far 0.6 km from Mouseion hill and 1.8 km from Lycabettus hill.
