Nach dem Vortag ohne Aussicht gegenüber an der Planinica und der morgendlichen Runde um den Crno Jezero furh ich mit dem Mietwagen auf die Südseite des Gebirgsstocks. Die schmale Straße über den Sedlo Pass ist bei Radlern, Motorradfahrern, Wohnmobilisten und anderen beliebt. Ich fand trotzdem Platz am Wanderparkplatz und konnte gegen 10:30 auf gutem Weg losgehen. Der Höchste des Gebirges und des Landes (zählt man die albanische Grenze nicht mit), der Bobotov Kuk, erscheint, war wegen der Schneelage aber noch nicht gut zugänglich - es hatte (unvorstellbar nach diesem Sommer) auf dem Balkan im Mai noch einen kräftigen Kälteeinbruch gegeben. Und mein Gipfelziel ist auch in Sicht...

After a day with no views the previous day opposite at the Planinica and my morning walk around Crno Jezero, I drove the rental car to the southern side of the mountain range. The narrow road over the Sedlo Pass is popular with cyclists, motorcyclists, campervan travellers and others. I still managed to find a space in the hikers’ car park and was able to set off on a good path at around 10.30. The highest peak in the mountain range and in the country (if you don’t count the Albanian border), Bobotov Kuk, came into view, but was not yet easily accessible due to the snow – there had been (unimaginable after this summer) a severe cold snap in the Balkans in May. And my summit destination is also in sight...
