Noch was Kühles vom Karsamstag (Hab noch mehr Vorräte vom Osterwochenende eingefroren, falls die Hitze länger andauern sollte). Eine knappe Dreiviertelstunde nach #35014 war ich am See Lochan Fada angekommen, nur am Ende mit landestypisch etwas feuchterem Pfad. Mehr Infrastruktur und Verkehrswege als hier auf dem Bild gibt es rings um den See nicht. Ich zeige hier die letzte diverser Serien, da dann noch der Slioch frei wurde. Wegen hohen Wasserstands der Bäche nach dem vielen Regen ging sich die übliche Rundtour nicht aus, und ich ging von hier auf selbem weg zurück.

Another cool snap from Holy Saturday (I’ve frozen some more leftovers from the Easter weekend, just in case the heatwave lingers). Just under three-quarters of an hour after #35014, I’d reached Lochan Fada, though the path was a bit soggy, as is typical of the area. There’s no more infrastructure or paths around the lake than you can see in this photo. I’m showing the last of a series of photos here, as then the summit of Slioch became visible. Due to the high water levels in the streams following the heavy rain, I couldn’t do the usual circular walk, so I headed back along the same route from here.
