Actually, the one that you see caused me a discrete masking work... it appeared three times inside the picture: a perfect synchronization with my shooting rate! But I could not care about vehicles / no vehicles issues, since I had very few minutes to rush to the train.

Actually, the mast is not completely upright, as one can obviously expect - recall that nowadays Trieste is Italy, no longer Austria! This detail can be clearly seen in www.panoramio.com/photo/97169657 ; in the scaling it has produced the effect that you noted. Hence, we have at least one and a half Irfan bugs in this picture - but I guess that all the other bugs are exclusive copyright of the photographer! The light, on the other hand, is not copyrighted - no need for Pierre Bideau here.

Only when the panorama was "already ready" I realized that it had several predecessors, and that it was not in agreement with them...
But I simply welcomed this circumstance like another form of asymmetry!
