I'm on the banks of the Ticino River, where the Ticino flows into the Po River.
And this is the Becca Bridge.
The Ponte della Becca is a bridge in the province of Pavia, built between 1910 and 1912, which spans the confluence of the Ticino and Po rivers.
According to Wikipedia, it is the largest iron structure in the world after the Eiffel Tower.

Comments

I am not sure and I searched at the banks of only one river.

You might have stopped there having a trip on one or even two autostrade ending with the second smallest figure?

Sorry, Arne, but I didn't understand the question.
Anyway, I didn't take the highway to get there.

Absolutely great panorama ... I don't know where it is without searching, but it's definitely not the Gustave Eiffel Bridge (Podul Eiffel) in Ungheni, where I was in October 2025 ;-) ... even though the construction is a bit similar!!

I think I misunderstood a hint. Not in your text, but in the most reliable source of the world: The internet. :-)

Is ist possible, that we are seeing a T, becoming a P?

Ok.

Dieter

Impressive. Although I must admit that I prefer the other end of Ticino. Cheersm Martin
