Die Tour auf den Torreón (#33859) war trotz ausgedehnter Gipfelrast nicht tagesfüllend, also hatte ich noch Zeit für Grazalema. Von Ferne als Bergdorf am Hang sichtbar, fühlt man sich hier vor Ort eher in einem Kessel zwischen den Bergen. Die Straße führt südlich oberhalb am Ort vorbei und bietet schöne Blicke, die auch die von Klaus schon gezeigten Standorte ergänzen - entgegen meiner Gewohnheit nutze ich die Straße daher als Einrahmung. Auf dem Platz vor der Kirche konnte man wunderbar in der Sonne sitzen. Nur meine Bemühungen, kurz nach 14:00 einen Kaffee zu bestellen, waren erst beim zweiten Lokal erfolgreich - die Spanier fangen um diese Zeit gerade mit dem Mittagessen an.

Despite an extended rest at the summit, the tour up the Torreón (#33859) was not enough to fill the day, so I still had time for Grazalema. Visible from afar as a mountain village on a slope, here you feel more like you are in a basin between the mountains. The road leads south past the village above and offers the best views - contrary to my habit, I therefore use it as framing. The square in front of the church was a wonderful place to sit in the sun. Only my efforts to order a coffee shortly after 14:00 were only successful at the second restaurant - the Spaniards are just starting lunch at this time of day.
