Wow ... and excuse my stupidity, dear Giuseppe - I was too focused on the Maritime Alps around Monte Mongioie without doing any research. Perhaps the mistake can be excused by the fact, that my last visit of Corsica was in 1984, just at the time when Italy became Football World Champion ;-))
