Location: Moruga Beach      by: Augustin Werner
Area: Trinidad And Tobago      Date: 14 June 22
The beach at Moruga is actually very nice I suppose. Unspoiled from touristic development, it features soft and abundant sand and is very shallow. There are some unusual sandstone formations and lush tropical trees in the back. What we didn't expect after almost two weeks without any mosquito bites and issues... on the beach here there were tiny so called sand flies, whose bites were annoying for a few days.

We stopped there on a rainy day, which helps explain (not necessarily excuse) some smeary patches in this 360 degree pano.

I took the perhaps unpopular decision to crop the big sandstone rock and place it in the center of my pano. I realize it's a matter of personal taste, but I'm generally not a big fan of panos that have a frame and "just water and sky" in the center.

Maybe I can still get a few likes?

I understand and share your choices. Sometimes we need to have the courage to be unpopular ;-)

Great presentation. Looking at this, I don't see any need to be "popular". Cheers, Martin

Mutig im Schnitt, aber wohl begründet.
Den Müll hätte ich entweder digital oder noch besser in natura abgesammelt.
