In the dettifoss-area, 2 waterfalls and a so-called rapid can be seen within 2 kilometers. Above comes an un-named rapid, then the picturesque waterfall Selfoss, and finally, the mighty Dettifoss. Also, the desolate nature of the landscape can be seen here. On a grey day like this, it is a far cry from the lush, and rainbow-clad nature of Gullfoss.

Pano made from 22 HF (RAW) 50 mm, iso-125, f/5,6, 1/320 sec, developed in DPP (daylight, neutral, moderate sharpness), stitched in PTGui pro, scaling and sharpeness in Irfanview.

Great continuation (or climax?) of your series. Personally I find this perspective even more interesting and attractive than the seemingly more popular viewpoints near to the waterfall. Cheers, Martin
