When traveling to Tuscany, probably all and sundry go to San Gimignano. "Hinz und Kunz" so to speak. We made no difference here ... :-)

There is a nice spot on SP69 just before entering San Gimignano. The pictures were taken from there.

Den Blick genießt man am besten mit einem Gläschen Vernaccia.
Beschriftest du die Türme noch?

So macht Fotografieren doch Spaß ... das Stativ aufgebaut und ein Gläschen Weißwein zur Hand ... aber da ist mir Dieter zuvor gekommen ;-) !!!

I agree with wine and in particular with Vernaccia.
But I would also like to say that "Hinz und Kunz" is a very interesting idiom. We in Italy say "Tizio, Caio e Sempronio", to express the same concept, but nowadays unfortunately it is rarely used.
Anyway in San Gimignano, in addition to "Hinz und Kunz" and "Tizio, Caio e Sempronio" I was also there ;-)
And I was there at that precise point, from which so far no one had shown a pano. Maybe I'll show mine too.
