I want to congratulate you on choosing the views. Both the San Marino pano and this are among the most beautiful Italian views and they are both unpublished.
I went to San Marino twice and I was here too, but there was no visibility.
Even in this pano visibility is not exceptional and technically has some slight defect and probably will not be appreciated very much.

Zu den Namen: Monte San Michele ist ein kleinerer Gipfel, 1261 m. Höchster Gipfel der Lattari-Kette ist der Sant'Angelo a Tre Pizzi, d.h. "mit drei Spitzen", jede Spitze nach einem Zahn genannt: Molare 1444 (ja, auch Punta San Michele), Canino 1425, Incisivo 1326 (auch Cardàra).
Der leichte W-Grat des San Michele bietet eine einmalige Wanderung von Moiano - Santa Maria del Castello aus, besonders am späten Nachmittag, mit der tollen Spiegelung der Sonne zwischen Capri und die Punta Campanella - riesige "Zange" auf dem See, rechts im Pano sichtbar. Auch ein wunderbares Tourenziel, von Termini oder Nerano aus.
Alles "world-class", aber wenig bekannt!

Danke, Alberto für die Erläuterung und die Wandertipps. Bei mir auf der Karte steht Monte San Michele auch für den höchsten Gipfel mit 1444m. Ich bin einige Tage vor dem Aufenthalt in Capri von Santa Maria del Castello nach Positano abgestiegen; sehr schön; bei den heissen Temperaturen war das geeignet. Und einen anderen Tag den Sentiero degli Dei; aber das ist nicht unbedingt ein Geheimtipp ... LG Niels
