Sometimes I get up early enough to enjoy the morning colors just before sunrise but this time some heavy showers were stealing the show.
Belgium has 7 nuclear power reactors and today only 1 is operational because the other 6 have continuous maintenance problems. The vapor plume rising from one of the twin cooling towers of Doel shows the only reactor ready for winter. Belgium fears electricity shutdowns in coming months. Lets see if the lights go down... perhaps an opportunity to shoot nice night panos?
