Maybe I should add that this is not a harbour to board a ferry.

Explaining my comments, first I wanted to write "Castiglione" but that would have been too much of a give-away. And the ferries for Elba are leaving from Piombino which is the next port further north on the coast.

My hints were an italian flag, then the existence of a spit, and some mountains faintly in the distance (there is a Mountain to the right of Marina di Grosseto). Then a map did help.
