Here another view of that storm surge with an extra meter of water on top of the astronomical high spring tide resulting in a level of + 3.97 m NAP. I have never seen the water that high. This gives an idea how the future regular high spring tide will look like, at the end of this century, when the sea level will have increased by about 0.8 m. A storm blowing an extra meter on top of this will certainly test the dikes at their limits...
