The pano was taken almost at the same point of 19691. It is appropriate to compare the two panos.
Work is proceeding to achieve the art project of Christo.
Now it is entirely made the section A-B and the section B-D. It is almost entirely made the section B-C (there is a brief interruption, marked with x). They are yet to be realized traits D-E and E-F.

Heinz, the project is the small white path covering the water between the islands. Once finished it will be covered with orange fabric. I guess this will be a quite fantastic view.

I'm trying to point out, as I can, the development of the project.
I do not know if the art work of Christo will be a success, but I think so. I think this will be discussed all over the world. It is expected half a million visitors.
I have no doubts about the validity of the project. I have some doubts about the organization of the event, in the sense that Lake Iseo has few hotels and a difficult road system.
