SOLVED RIDDLE.
Portoferraio means "Iron Port" in Italian. It is a town on the edge of the eponymous harbour of the island of Elba. It is the island's largest city. Because of its terrain, many of its buildings are situated on the slopes of a tiny hill surrounded on three sides by the sea.
Historically it is famous because in 1814 it was the seat of the first exile of Napoleon.
In "Torre della Linguella", which is seen in the pano, he was imprisoned for many years, in inhumane conditions, in a cell below the sea level, Giovanni Passannante, an anarchist who attempted to kill king Umberto I.

The ferryboats I took here are usually blue. The name of the port reminds of the unusually rich mines on the island.
The night before there had been a storm, but 25 the sky is serene and in the subsequent hours, there was an exceptional visibility. For example, it is not too common to see the Capraia Island from there.
