For me Venice is the most beautiful city in the world, but it is not an easy city to visit for many reasons.
And it's not an easy city to do pano by night. The buildings are built on long wooden poles (larch or oak) and are almost never straight, the water of the canals is moving and the visitors in the most famous places are everywhere.
I do not know if it's okay, but the degree of difficulty was very high ;-)

Thanks for the comment. Venice is wonderful, but should be visited only when there are not tourist....
And this is one of these moments. But it rarely happens. Only in some very cold winter night.

Hello Mentor. The temperature was not too low. It was around 0° C.
But for Venice is cold enough.

Hai costruito un concentrato di difficoltà!
Per gli standard del luogo di ripresa, direi, gli edifici sono fin quasi troppo diritti...
La tua foto mi ha fatto voglia di ravanare fra le mie in cerca di inquadrature veneziane. Ho trovato:
- una composizione dove tutto è bello diritto. Piacerebbe forse anche qui: www.panoramio.com/photo/127473033
- un campanile intrinsecamente non raddrizzabile. Farebbe saltare sulla seggiola qualunque Betrachter: www.panoramio.com/photo/127473042

"For me Venice is the most beautiful city..." - Guiseppe, for me too! You show a very nice impression from Venice in winter.
In Venice the rules are different - you have to visit the city countercyclical - then you will be caught by the beauty of this city.
