Always welcome photos!
Maybe, not many kilometres (or simply metres) from my www.panoramio.com/photo/97612299

P.S.: I bet that in Oxford and/or Cambridge they would say "once upon a time" but... I love the Tatra variation!

I know that my English isn`t perfect, I`m child of comunism time - during school time I learned Russian, English was self learned.

Do not worry Konrad. Your English is better than average in this site.

Dear Konrad,

What a beautiful landscape; unfortunately, the horizontal alignment of your panorama (especially in the left half) is once again terrible (see http://www.udeuschle.selfhost.pro/panoramas/makepanoramas.htm for details)!

It should be easy to correct this.

Kind regards, Matthias.

Konrad: but now capitalism has taken possession of your highest summit! :-)

@Heinz
Yes you are right, the specified shooting location is incorrect (should be something like lon./lat. 20.0325/49.20274).
But the horizontal alignment still isn't okay, even if we move the location to the above specified position.
Kind regards, Matthias.

Re:
Alberto: As I see, You were at summit when one of bank filmed spot. I remember the slogan about rating was - "higher in Poland in impossible"

Matthias: Im not sure 100% about location, it was taken at ascent to Szpiglasowa Pass. Why you`re thinking that alignment isn`t OK?
In mountains nothing is that stright and square, like in Germany :)

Cheers, Alberto.

P.S.: but it is not the same. Mine is 5%, this one is 5.5%
I need to go back to the Rysy to get the better rate...

Dear Konrad, your views are always very interesting and I see them with pleasure. Unfortunately often have some problems on the correct horizon. In this case, I do not know. But, in general, if you correct this problem, your views would be much appreciated.
As for me, I always prefer an interesting landscape even if imperfect, rather than a technically perfect panorama, but insignificant and repetitive. But this is only my opinion.

Konrad: I have good reasons to think that I understood well where you are.
Comparing your picture with my Panoramio Wielki Staw (find its location on the map and, as I already wrote, we are no more than a few metres away...), I suspect that your water falls somewhat towards the left side of the Staw... In other words, probably you happened to set the centre of the panorama too high on the flank of the Kozi Wierch, causing a bad Staw-Verzerrung below.
So, here is my recipe:
1) take Udeuschle, find the orthodox horizon line, put your centre on it, or lower it whatsoever, and voilà:
2) «Every valley shall be exalted, and every mountain and hill made low; the crooked straight and the rough places plain» Or, if you prefer:
2bis) «and they lived happily ever after», as every honest tale uses to end!

Dear Konrad
nice comment, but you forgot to mention another prejudice. All Germans have garden gnomes with beards, red caps and beer barrels in their front yards ;-). Just kidding.
To be serious again: One indication of misalignment are the water surfaces of the two lakes (Czerny Staw and Wielki Staw). They are both dipping towards the center of your panorama.
Also evident is the relative positioning of Gladki Wierch and Swinica in your panorama. Both peaks should be on a line from your view point.
To sum things up. I like Guiseppe's solomonic thoughts and also Alberto's recipes. It's up to you to decide what to do now!
Kind regards, Matthias.

re:
I worked with this pano, maybe now its a little bit better, but I`m not sure.

Dear Konrad,
I like the yellow-brownish autumn dyed mountain meadows of your panorama with the green hedges intervening. Thanks for your revision. I can't judge whether everything is consistent now, but at least the water surface of Wielki Staw and the alignment of the mountains in the left half of your panorama seem to be more plausible now. And after all, please excuse my critical view.
Kind regards, Matthias.

I think it looks better now. greetings Fried
