First I was searching on google maps and found it only when zooming in quite a bit. Then I'd seen it has its own "harbor" :-)
Probably private property.
But the lake has even a small island, Isola di San Paolo, which is located South of Monte Isola and known for the famous "Christos" arrangement.
Wiki tells that Monte Isola is the biggest island in Southern Europes inland waters.
I can add that the island of Loreto is really small, there is a neo-Gothic castle, it cannot be visited and is currently the property of a mysterious company. I've never seen anyone on the island.
