SOLVED RIDDLE.

The Piana di Marcésina is a vast plateau located in the north-eastern part of the Asiago plateau, between the province of Vicenza and the province of Trento.
Its average height is 1400 meters, it is an area of pastures, but it is also known because, due to some geomorphological characteristics, it is one of the coldest places in Italy.

If it is North of the river Po, you would have posted it in a-p, wouldn't you ? Eventually South of latitude 45° ? Although the trees and cattle look like North of 47°.
