The Innominato (Unnamed) is an Italian literary character, of the novel "I Promessi Sposi". This novel is very famous in Italy, because it has codified the modern Italian language, but I think it is little known outside of Italy.
Tradition calls the place from which I took the photos, as the Castle of the Innominato.
