Doesn't look like Alps to me. I guess you are in the Andes-range, somewhere in Peru. Maybe near H...... (since you posted another panorama from there recently??). You have some amazing pictures in your gallery!

Ich bin versucht zu sagen, dass einem hier das Wasser im Munde zusammenläuft.
Bemerkenswert ist, dass es keine Zäune zu geben scheint.

Did some exploring in that region. I guess this pano is taken on the Alpamayo Circuit Trek, somewhere near Laguna Yanacocha / Laguna Cullicocha. Would love to know if I'm on the right track

Yes, I am coming from the Alpamayo valley and descending from Wishcash to Hualcayán. In the panorama you distinctly see the nearly horizontal aqueduct carrying the water coming from the Cullicocha to the slopes above Hualcayán, where it is left free in what seems a nearly continuous waterfall, dropping from 3900 to 3300 m. You see it, even at 500 pixels, in my N.33254, taken from the opposite side (Huaylas) of the valley.
In that panorama I marked in red the positions of this one and of the closest one, taken above Wishcach, on the path to the Yuraccocha.
If within the mess of the album https://bit.ly/30xK5x0 you are able to locate the original size version of the Huaylas panorama, probably you will recognize some of the places where you have been.
