Seven Days in Berlin, but unfortunatly I had only a few hours sparetime. So I couldn't take this pictures at blue hour (as I planed) and I had to rush to get to see some of the most interesting places in our capital. The result of this haste: Some settings of the panoramic images were wrong, so I'll have to invest some time to save them.
This panoramic image was shot at the Gendarmenmarkt, which is called to be the most beautiful square in Berlin. The German Cathedral (left, built 1780–1785) and the French Dathedral (right, built 1780-1785) have never had a sacred, but only a aesthetic function. The Konzerthaus Berlin in the middle (built 1818-1821, in front of it a stature of Friedrich Schiller) is a work of the famous german architect Karl Friedrich Schinkel, whose buildings are found in and around Berlin.
