The Lungarno are the roads that run along the river Arno.
The Lungarno Acciaiuoli, is the stretch of the north bank of the river Arno in Florence that goes from the Ponte Vecchio to Ponte Santa Trinita.
This stretch of the Lungarno takes its name from the main building of the family Acciaiuoli, which was destroyed during the Second World War.
