Piedmont plain.
On clear days, the Po valley allows a wide view of the Alps, virtually from anywhere.
The only problems are that clear days are not frequent and that it is not easy to find spaces free of buildings.
This pano is about 500 Km from pano 20604, but the view is comparable.
Of course change the mountains ;-)
