Well I looked at the tower with the tricolor and this was my first association. That this building is now close to were the Bastille was is more coincidence. The generous pavement and mood reminded me also a bit to Paris.

You are standing in front of the Chateau de Vincennes on the Esplanade St. Louis in Paris.
Did you go there by purpose - just to see this particular building ???
