We are looking south. It is not near Arezzo.

Now I guess I know (I hope). The wind engines and the greyish northern flanks of the soft hills (left) made me curious whether not Volterra is behind the rightmost houses. Is it taken near "Saline di Volterra" (SS68) ?

It is not Saline di Volterra. You know well those wind turbines.

If we are looking exactly South and if I'd know the engines then we are maybe further North. Maybe around Montaione/Gambassi Terme SP11/SP26 ?

Unbelievable that I didn't spot the location correctly as I'd passed this village already multiple times (SP42).
