The title is a bit misleading, because there is not much to see of the waterfall Bøsdalafossur. Only the outlet is visible from here, and since fog was around, we didn't really get a suitable view from a panorama point of view. Also, it was quite modest at the time, as perhaps can be seen at the outlet, the water level was quite low.

Anyway, as mentioned at an earlier pano, #29528, this is now a commercial hiking route, and we got here a second time after a little bargin with the owner. It is surprisingly popular, which is kind of awkward, since it should be possible to roam in this kind of territory. I am sure the whole faroese society would benefit from a "right of common", as known in Norway and Sweden.

If the lake shore comes a bit tilted over, well that is how it should be. On my test site, #10164, there is a single shot of the far side correctly leveled. As can be seen, there is a continued curvature of the shore.

Pano made from 34 HF (RAW), 50 mm, iso-100, f/8, 1/400 sec, developed in DPP (landscape, neutral, moderate sharpness), stitched in PTGui pro, scaling and sharpening in Irfanview.

The cloudy weather gives an almost mysterious mood, that reminds me a bit of my trips to Scotland ... your impressive Faroes series should not end, Jan ;-) !!!
