SOLVED RIDDLE.

Predil for Italians and Austrians, Predel for Slovenes, is a fort located at the Passo Predil (with the same name), that played an important role in the Napoleonic wars.
Now the fort is in ruins and without any maintenance, especially for the upper part that can be seen in the pano, but near the fort there is an interesting inscription with a statue of a bronze lion that recalls the builder of the fort and his role in the battle of 1809.

The building played an important role during the wars at the beginning of the 19th century.

Passo Passo is a great joke. In Italian it is very funny.
It is not in Italy, but the border with Italy is only 700 meters away.
