The famous Geysir area is a must-see for any Iceland tourist. Within a short distance 2 geysers can be inspected; The Great Geyser and Strokkur. The Great Geyser erupts rarely and infrequent, but when doing so as high as 100 m. Strokkur is somewhat lesser, but still 30 m, and many times each day, as can be seen here. The Great Geyser is not compleately dead when not erupting; with short intervals it boils and bubbles.
The pano is not a premiere since Johannes Ha made a similar pano a few years ago (see surrounding panos), but interesting to see the difference in how many tourist are present in july and september.
Pano made from 13 pics (RAW), 50 mm, iso-100, 1/400 sec, f/8, developed in DPP (daylight, neutral, moderate sharpness), stitched in PTGui pro, scale and sharpness in Irfanview.

Cheers, Danko.
Cheers, Martin
Ich war dort 1995, soweit ich mich erinnere gab es damals nicht viel mehr als den Parkplatz an der Straße.
