A moment during the ascent from Gokyo to Gokyo Ri.
Although delayed by some of the highest mountains that one can imagine, the rays of the sun begin to find their way, while the lower part of the valley (Dudh Kosi) lies shrouded in clouds.

Google satellite view (thanks for the explicit coordinates) shows a resort and bakery down there, as well as a broadly trampled and erosed path - incredible. But given these sensational views, perfectly understandable. Cheers, Martin
