The light fire of Capo Caccia overlooks the bay of Alghero. Usually it is not open to the public since it is owned and operated by the Italian Army. But since each congress needs a social program and the congress organizes were VERY smart this time, we visited the lighthouse prior to a nice dinner in a cantina nearby (I will tell about it later).
A lighthouse is at this spot since 1864, the structure you see has been rebuild in the 1950ies. By the way - I did not climb all the way up the rocks by purpose. Did not want to scare everyone ;-) Technical D800, Milvus 21 HF RAWs at 15:49 MEZ 1/400, f/13, ISO 100 CPO, PTGUI, CPO, GIMP |

We also went to the archeological site at Sant'Imbenia - a real BIG treat to me, I was very happy :-))
Cheers Werner
Damit das Werk verdientermaßen in die TOP 7000 kommt, gerne mein Herz ...
