Knøsen is an unspectacular but fine viewpoint; it lies on high terrain, but without any prominence. Luckily there is a little, but significant, lookout tower from the cold war, intended to do plane surveillance from. It is just enough to overcome the "worst" treetops, so much of western Sjælland can be overlooked from here.

Pano made from 23 pics (RAW), Canon 550D, 50 mm, f/9, 1/400 sek, iso-100, developed in DPP (cloudy, neutral, ALO off, moderate sharpness), stitched in PTGui pro, contrast, downscaling and sharpening in Irfanview.

I really thougt it was Jütland when I saw it.
But Seeland (that I have seen only once by passing through) seems to be a diversified piece of Denmark as well.

I like these panos of unspectacular vantage points especially when the angle of view is so far and the light is so beautiful. The structures in the field at the beginning are interesting when scrolling.

@Mentor: The mill (and many like this) was build in Denmark, but certainly in the style of a dutch mill. Older mill types was only sparsely decorated, since the whole mill had to be turned every time the wind direction changed, and therefore had to be kept light, and as a consequense withered fast. The newer type - like this - adjusted only the millwings, with the rest of the structure being fixed.
