It doesn't look like an orchid but the pic isn't sharp enough to really see the flower.

I will throw a wild guess, and say Stachys palustris. LG Jan.

Jan, Stachys is o.k., at least in earlier taxonomy, but the inflorescence is visibly different from that of Stachys palustris.
