Area: Turkey      Date: 24.08.2014
The ancient city of Urfa (now Sanliurfa) is nowadays a busy modern Turkish city, but the historic center is well preserved and a popular pilgrimage place. Abraham, who is regarded as a main prophet by Jews, Christians and Muslims alike, was born here and lived here.
It's sunset time after a very hot day (up to 43°).
Stitched from three pictures, photographed with Panasonic GH3 and tripod.
