The Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie is one of the largest science museums in the world. Located in Parc de la Villette in Paris, it is the fifth most visited museum in France.

Yes, the sphere is called "La Géode". La Géode is 36 metres in diameter, composed of 6.433 polished stainless steel equilateral triangles that form the sphere that reflects the sky. Movies are projected in IMAX format on a giant hemispherical screen that covers 10.000 square metres.
